Shetland Tall Ships Ltd are seeking a number of people to work with the event team to deliver safe and enjoyable access to the Tall Ships fleet, entertainment programme and event sites during the four day spectacular in July.

Assistant Site Managers (x 2 posts)
To work with event organisers and appointed contractors on the safe and on-time set up and delivery of public and crew event site areas for the Tall Ships Races event in Lerwick in July 2023. Reporting to Site Manager at either Holmsgarth or Victoria Pier.

Stage Manager (x 2 posts)
Act as chief liaison between artists, production crew and festival producer to ensure all acts are sound checked, set up, announced, and play on time to deliver the programmed event schedule.

Assist the Stage Manager in changing stage layout and equipment between performers and assisting artists.

Event Compère
Introduce all performances on main stages in a professional and positive manner, providing a welcoming and engaging experience for the audience throughout the four day event. Individual days will be considered for the right applicant if they are unable to fulfill the commitment for all four days.

Cleaner - Welfare Spaces
Daily clean of 4 site office /canteen areas, 2 backstage Green Room areas and toilets. 2 - 5 hours per day.
